This study examines the use of educational technologies through a questionnaire applied to 30 students of the Early Childhood Education program at the Technical University of Ambato, evaluating areas such as usefulness, frequency of use and perception of teacher training in the use of digital tools. The results reveal that more than 50% of the students value positively these technological tools, especially highlighting the digital presentations for their usefulness in improving the clarity of the explanations. However, an inconsistent integration is evidenced, since 23% of students report a moderate or infrequent use of technology by teachers. Likewise, interactive platforms and digital whiteboards present low adoption, which highlights the need to diversify technological strategies. In addition, 34% of students perceive that teachers lack adequate training in technology, which limits the potential impact of these tools in the learning process. The study points out that, although the use of educational technologies generates motivation and improves the academic experience, it is essential to strengthen teacher training and optimize the integration of these tools to maximize their effectiveness in the teaching of Social Sciences.
