This article addresses the challenges faced by companies in implementing Industry 4.0 technology tools in the new digital age. The importance of machine-human interaction is highlighted, especially in the industrial sector, where the aim is to improve manufacturing processes. Despite advances in voice assistants and chatbots, it points to the need to develop more intuitive interactions, with a focus on two-way verbal communication. The article presents the development of a holographic 3D virtual assistant called SALE, composed of three rotating screens in a metal tripod structure. It highlights the realistic appearance of SALE, like that of a human, which contributes to a positive acceptance of human–machine interaction. This approach seeks to boost efficiency and satisfaction in human-technology interaction in the industrial sphere. In tests carried out using personal descriptive surveys with 40 individuals, it was indicated that 95% of respondents believed that the developed system had good cognitive capacity and greater emotional attachment.
