We investigate the holographic images formed using different apertures and a fixed diffuser. We computed the point spread function (PSF) for the Straubel aperture and summarized the PSF results for the linear, quadratic, black and white (B/W), hexagonal, Cauchy, and Straubel apertures. We considered these apertures in the formation of the Fourier holograms.
