Well-Being Managers
摘要
Well-being managers (WMs) are individuals that work in multiple roles. They must embody a requisitely holistic point of view, as well as an understanding of how important their integrity/requisite personal holism is. The integrity we mention, shows up in their synchronous development in as many areas as possible, from the physical, mental, spiritual, social, professional, economic, … areas and their synergies. Thus, in all areas, they strive to create balance or harmony, which is a necessary building block of future creativity and innovation. Their thinking, speaking, and acting are mutually coordinated; they acknowledge their personal and social responsibilities (see for details: (Šarotar Žižek, Influence of psychic well-being of employees, based on their requisite personal holism, on the success of their organization/PhD Thesis. University of Maribor, Maribor, 2012; Šarotar Žižek et al., Cybernet Syst 46(5):342–354, 2015; Šarotar Žižek and Mulej, Kybernetes 42:318–335, 2013; Šarotar Žižek and Mulej, Zagotavljanje zadostne in potrebne osebne celovitosti človeka (Ensuring a sufficient and necessary personal integrity human being. They do not prefer profit before human well-being, but they are aware of the importance of their full engagement, which affects the full engagement of their subordinates/employees.
