摘要

In the current society, there are six generations, and four of them work. Each generation exhibits a set of characteristics that are shared by the majority of individuals within that generation. These characteristics include behavioural patterns, attitudes, expectations, habits, values, motivational mechanisms, modes of communication, and behavioural patterns ). It is crucial to understand and respect these to successfully bridge the intergenerational gap, which is a significant factor in the business's operational framework. Intergenerational cooperation serves as an essential instrument for the systematic administration of intergenerational disparities and socio-organizational divergences, thereby positioning itself as one of the most sustainable approaches of contemporary society. The following chapter presents a model of intergenerational cooperation and the activities with which organisations can establish it. Intergenerational cooperation generates many benefits on different levels (for individuals, organizations and society)—successful intergenerational cooperation is essential for quality workplace relations and the long-term stability of the organisation, which positively affects society. Hence, the ISSR society must build on it.
