Humankind is facing its world-wide social and economic blind alley that results from the monopolistic neoliberal system of the current times making the free market and democracy (There is not enough difference between autocracy and democracy, currently. In autocracy, power-holders say to people “Do not speak«. In democracy, power-holders say to people “Feel free to speak, but we were elected to outvote you«. The procedure is a bit more complicated in democracy; control over government is often too poor, too. Once in power, government may be one-sided rather than requisitely holistic, although governing all, not only its voters. A change of the rulers does not change the practice, but the owner s of the one-sided ‘democracy’. One tends to forget the crucial attribute of democracy—requisite holism instead of one-sidedness of consideration of interests in decision-making and action. ISSR society is supposed to resolve this crucial problem of humankind; quite fictitious holism, and putting humankind in danger of its end. We see a solution in the new innovative sustainable socially responsible (ISSR) society. Governments are responsible for social services, most directly, and should oblige by law all suppliers to any social service to practice ISSR behavior best of all. The market demands are insufficient to save humankind in time; law must support market and democracy. But the real outcomes depend on humans, especially the decisive ones, and their values, culture, ethics, norms, and resulting behavior.
