The recent technological advancements with these features have significantly supported human development in social interaction, business, and education. Technology development is a popular topic in the government sector due to the shift in paradigm towards unique structures to achieve beneficial value. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to explore the implementation of technology before its adoption, providing a crucial understanding to support the operational management of public schools. The literature analysis was conducted by examining the existing research on the use of technology in public school administration to understand its impact on adoption. The study discovered that the important aspects of improved technology greatly contribute to organizing administrative procedures effectively and efficiently, aligning with the organization’s primary goals. Therefore, this research is expected to provide a specific perspective on creating a framework for understanding the technology adoption and utilization in public school administrative management.
