The paper presents a laboratory prototype of the reflexive-active system of artificial heterogeneous intelligent agents for solving problems of managing a trade and logistics enterprise, in particular, its stocks, line personnel, vehicles and route planning. Such enterprises are not passive objects, but developing networks of interacting entities. In such cases, traditionally a team of specialists of various profiles with different goals, ideas about the subject area and methods of problem solving is used for management. The reflexive-active system of artificial heterogeneous intelligent agents proposed in this paper is a computer model of such a team. Its intelligent agents are autonomous software entities characterized by activity and reactivity, capable of reasoning, interaction and reflection. Reflexive mechanisms make it possible to reduce the duration and intensity of conflicts between agents of the system. #COMESYSO1120.
