Prestressed centrifugal high strength concrete pipe pile is widely used in coastal areas and major infrastructure projects in China because of its high bearing capacity, good durability, low comprehensive cost and fast construction speed. As an important index to evaluate the durability of concrete, permeability will directly affect the durability of concrete. At present, many scholars at home and abroad have studied the durability of pipe pile concrete, but there are few studies on the coupling effect of durability and damage of centrifugal high-strength concrete pipe piles [1]. This paper introduces a test device for the coupling test of damage and permeability of centrifugal high-strength concrete pipe piles. The device proposes a targeted design for the study of the coupling effect of durability and damage of centrifugal high-strength concrete pipe piles, and demonstrates the use of the test device through actual test schemes. The process has important reference for the study of the durability of prestressed centrifugal high-strength concrete pipe piles.
