With the rapid development of economy, purchasing management is playing a more and more important role in enterprises, and the continuous optimization of purchasing process is the key for enterprises to respond quickly to market demand. Taking QH Company as an example, this paper uses ASME analysis to analyze the procurement process, finds that there are problems of non-value-added and delay in the procurement process, and optimizes these problems. Through the comparison of the results before and after optimization, non-value-added activities and delayed activities have been significantly improved, thus shortening the procurement delivery time and improving work efficiency. The study of this method can be used as a reference for the procurement process optimization of other companies.
