With the increasing demand from consumers for product safety and quality, there is an urgent need for enterprises to establish a transparent and trustworthy product traceability system. In response to this need, this paper designs and implements a supply chain traceability solution based on blockchain technology. The system adopts a semi-decentralized network architecture, combining the advantages of consortium chains and public chains to achieve efficiency and openness. Through optimizations such as blockchain sharding and state trees, the system possesses high throughput and large storage capacity. The smart contract module ensures the immutable certification of critical data, while IPFS is utilized for storing large files. Additionally, the system integrates with internal enterprise systems such as ERP to enable data sharing and business coordination. Following comprehensive functional testing, performance testing, and security assessments, the traceability system meets expected metrics and can operate stably in production environments, effectively addressing pain points related to product trust and supply chain transparency.
