The study aims to develop strategic approaches for transforming Kandri Tourism Village into a sustainable tourism destination. Sustainable tourism emphasizes practices that balance economic, social, and environmental benefits for both current and future generations. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing purposive sampling to gather data from key informants, including community leaders, business owners, and local stakeholders. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed using an interactive approach. The findings reveal that Kandri Tourism Village possesses significant potential in arts, culture, and diverse tour packages. However, challenges such as limited environmental preservation practices and insufficient use of eco-friendly transportation persist. Through SWOT analysis, the study identifies strategies leveraging local strengths and opportunities, such as enhancing unique tourism products, improving infrastructure, and fostering collaborations for environmental conservation. Additionally, the study recommends increasing human resource competencies and community awareness to ensure sustainable management. The research concludes that Kandri Tourism Village, with its natural and cultural assets and active community participation, can achieve its sustainable tourism goals through strategic development. Recommendations include strengthening marketing, expanding eco-friendly practices, and enhancing stakeholder engagement to support long-term economic and environmental sustainability.
