High-Impact Socially Responsible Labour Practices and Their Effects on Workers: The Spanish Case
摘要
We present part of the results of an exploratory study that analyses the influence of CSR internal work practices on employees. The fieldwork was conducted through an online questionnaire answered by more than 1,200 employees in organisations in Spain. The analysis model used was structural equation model (SEM) based on the package of Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 4 software). The empirical research revealed that promoting training and development, job stability, and equality and team diversity have a direct, positive and significant impact on individuals’ behaviours and attitudes, which is manifested in greater motivation, feelings of organisational identification and job satisfaction. Consequently, organisations are encouraged to adopt or reinforce these beneficial practices, and to replicate this research in their own context.
