The study aimed to examine the impact of green dynamic capabilities on strategic agility in the management of strategic projects in the Governorate of Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman, which is a topic of great importance in the business environment and one of the main objectives to achieve Oman Vision 2040. The study tested the impact of green dynamic capabilities represented by (resource reconfiguration capabilities, resource integration capabilities and environmental insight capabilities) on strategic agility. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in research procedures and tools. The study population consisted of three private sector institutions in Dhofar Governorate (Raysut Cement Company, OQ Methanol Company, and Sembcorp Electricity and Water Company). The study relied on a questionnaire to collect data and a simple random sample was selected, as the number of questionnaires recovered from them reached (154). The study concluded that companies have high green dynamic capabilities such as resource reconfiguration capabilities, integration and environmental insight, which contributed to enhancing strategic agility. On the other hand, strategic agility scores were low, due to difficulties in allocating resources to meet rapid changes in the market. The study also showed a statistically significant impact of green dynamic capabilities on strategic agility, noting that resource reconfiguration capabilities, resource integration, and environmental insight affect the strategic agility of companies significantly. Accordingly, recommendations were made to companies for the possibility of establishing dedicated departments to develop green dynamic capabilities and integrate new knowledge into operational processes to increase effectiveness and sustainability.
