This paper examined the impact of green transformational leadership on green organizational reputation. Data was collected from 327 individuals using a survey questionnaire distributed to green-oriented industrial companies in Dhofar Governorate, Sultanate of Oman. The results confirmed that green transformational leadership dimensions "inspiring motivation, intellectual motivation, and individual consideration dimension" significantly affected green organizational reputation. While idealized influence, one of the dimensions of green transformational leadership, does not significantly affect green organizational reputation.
