This study investigates the motivating factors and challenges for international manufacturing entrepreneurs in Oman. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 54 participants via a Google Forms questionnaire, with random sampling employed. SPSS software was used for analysis, including descriptive statistics, reliability testing, correlation, and regression analyses to test hypotheses. Findings indicate that factors such as market demand, customer needs, resource management, and expertise availability drive entrepreneurial motivation. Major challenges identified include limited financial access, high borrowing costs, modern technology and equipment expenses, and difficulties in securing raw materials.
