Role of AI Information and AI Technology Usability to Enhance Customer Advocacy: Mediating Role of Customer Experience

Customer advocacy plays vital role in the market survival of the hotels. It helps in attracting new customers. The hotels need to understand the factors that can help in providing memorable experience and create customer advocacy. Thus, this research examined the effect of AI technology usability, AI technology accuracy, and AI information accuracy on customer experience and customer advocacy. This research used quantitative methodology. The questionnaire was developed using 7-point Likert scale from in depth literature review. Present research used convenience sampling to collect the response of the customers. The response rate of the research was 74.31%. Findings of the study showed positive effect of AI technology usability, AI technology accuracy, and AI information on customer experience. Moreover, customer advocacy is significantly affected by customer experience. These findings are useful for decision makers of UAE’s hotel sector in making strategies.
