“COIMBATORE”, Tamil Nadu primarily referred to as the pump city of South India for its promising economic contribution. For decades many units have been in this business and producing premium pumps for many different types of industries such as agriculture, water supply, and numerous industrial applications. As these units served their purpose for years, now it is under high pressure to change its face towards energy efficiency, digital connectivity, IoT, and sustainability. To achieve this, leaders of these units need to guide their teams through technological transformation. This study aimed to analyze the impact of adaptive leadership on team resilience and agility through technological transformation. The present quantitative approach analyzes a sample of 315 respondents from pump manufacturing units of the Coimbatore district, using SPSS 28 and AMOS. The mediation analysis found that there is a full mediation of technological transformation between adaptive leadership and team agility and partial mediation between adaptive leadership and team resilience. The study provided a model on how to withstand in technological pressure world through leaders with adaptive mindset and how it will provide a bright way towards team agility and resilience.
