Sustainability of startups depends on the Operational and Demographic factor of startups and their founders. Technological changes, Consumer preferences, Competition in the market for the product, Limited availability of resources, Changes in Government rules and regulations etc. are the challenges faced by startups for its sustainability. The study examines the Demographic and Operational factor that contribute to the long term sustainability of startups and evaluate the impact of Information Technology (IT) adoption and digital infrastructure on the sustainability and scalability of startups, By Identifying these drives startup founders can approach Government agencies, Incubation centers and NGOs for their betterment of business and their long run. 200 questionnaires have been issued to startup founders through simple random sampling. Thus the study explores how the aspects like management the resources, adapting the business models and Strategical planning leads to the Startups long term success.
