This research aims to analyze the user experience of generation Z when using the Trello project management application. This research utilizes AttrakDiff as an approach to evaluate the user experience of the research object. The research problem raised is how Gen Z as a digital native experiences difficulties in using applications that support work productivity optimally. This research uses qualitative approach, while also using purposive sampling technique that obtained 32 respondents according to the specified criteria. Primary data was obtained using Google Form, which contains instruments to identify user experience based on the four key dimensions of AttrakDiff. The results of this research show that generation Z assesses pragmatic, hedonic, and attractiveness qualities with an average score, while also underline higher score difference in the male respondent group than in the female respondent group. The results of this research contribute to the understanding of user experience in the Gen Z demographic group, which is generally known as a generation that is accustomed to using technology in their lives, how they assess the experience of using the Trello project management application.
