This study aims to analyze omnichannel-based customer service technology at a Sub-holding of State-Owned Enterprises. This research method is qualitative research with data collection using interviews with the company’s Superintendent of Customer Development, who is a competent person in the field of service and has the required information sources, the results of data collection are analyzed by the method of triangulation of techniques and theories. The results of this study provide an overview of the company’s omnichannel-based customer service technology, and analyzing the obstacles that occur in the company shows that the company has a variety of customer service technologies. This study examines a facet of omnichannel technology that, despite being frequently underemphasized, has been successfully integrated into business operations. Although academic literature employs diverse terminology, interviews and existing research reveal that companies have implemented omnichannel strategies, albeit customized to their individual business needs. Despite its effectiveness in delivering exceptional customer experiences, this company has encountered specific obstacles and challenges in its omnichannel journey. Private companies are encouraged to cultivate an ecosystem that fosters the development of omnichannel strategies tailored to their specific business needs. Implementing omnichannel will enhance the consumer experience of the company’s services. By providing a seamless and integrated experience across all sales channels, companies can differentiate themselves and establish a meaningful connection with their customers.
