The TRIse Hifz Teaching and Learning Module for the Hifz Al-Quran Course in secondary schools was developed using the Design and Development Research (DDR) approach to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning sessions. This module’s development involved three phases: needs analysis, design and development, and evaluation of usability and feasibility. Data from the needs analysis phase, involving 310 teachers from Ulul Albab Model Tahfiz, confirmed the necessity of developing the Hifz Al-Quran module. The second phase included collaboration with 15 experts using the Fuzzy Delphi technique to reach a consensus on the module’s elements and components. After drafting the module, five experts validated its content. Subsequently, a workshop with 33 skilled tahfiz teachers evaluated the module’s usability and feasibility using the Modified Nominal Group Technique (Modified NGT). The evaluation results indicated that experts agreed on the module’s relevance and believed it could be effectively used by students in the Tahfiz Model Ulul Albab program at MOE secondary schools. The researchers hope this module will significantly support the teaching and learning of Hifz Al-Quran at the secondary school level.
