The Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction Among CBSE School Teachers

This study examines the correlation between emotional intelligence (EI) and job satisfaction among CBSE instructors. Emotional intelligence, which includes self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal abilities, is crucial for controlling classroom difficulties and creating professional drive. The study evaluates teachers’ satisfaction with learning opportunities, work-life balance, and working circumstances. It also identifies areas for improvement, including health care benefits and holiday policies. Statistical investigations show homogeneity in benefit evaluations across joint-related factors. The study highlights the significance of emotional intelligence in boosting job happiness and suggests solutions to improve teacher well-being and workplace policies.
