The world is transforming at a rapid pace. With fast-changing technologies, the landscape of business has evolved tremendously, especially in the tech industry. In this dynamic environment, studying the implications of artificial intelligence in job satisfaction and workplace diversity has become much more crucial. Using a structured questionnaire collected from 278 randomly selected IT employees working in the Cyberpark of Kerala, this study examines the perceptions of IT employees towards AI, job satisfaction, and diversity initiatives in their workplace. Using SPSS and JASP tools such as percentage, ANOVA, descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation, regression, factor analysis, and path analysis the results revealed that even though the employees had high concerns about the ethical implications of AI, they strongly believed in the significant role played by the AI in boosting morale and productivity. The study found that there is a significant positive correlation between diversity initiatives and satisfaction levels. As per the findings, the employees were highly contented with the physical environment and least satisfied with the grievance redressal mechanisms and the meaninglessness of the job they were asked to perform. If the management addresses these challenges, the organization will be able to reap the benefits of AI and diversity initiatives that will result in a satisfied and productive workforce.
