Biotechnology transforms food production by increasing taste, nutrition, and composition and reducing dependence on artificial preservatives. Recent research innovations include the antimicrobial properties of cabbage juice and the development of wheat bread that is more nutritious and resistant to harmful microorganisms. Upgrades in genome-based technologies and fermentation are transforming food making, using synthetic biology and fidelity techniques to create carbohydrates, proteins, and fats sustainably. AI-driven baking and dairy farming boosted the production and nutritional properties while mitigating the environmental impact. The sustainable way, like biofortification, strengthens crop resilience and nutritional resilience. Biotechnology’s role in modern food processing is to make sustainable agriculture, reduce poverty, and lower greenhouse gas emissions. Research explores bakery products, accentuating enriched multiplicity with larger thiamine and α-tocopherol levels, ameliorating nutritional profit. These include sustainable technology and waste management systems, although supply chain optimization and biogas production obstacles continue.
