This chapter discusses trials in which gene therapy is used to treat muscular dystrophy. The chapter covers recruiting trials that study long-term safety and effects of experimental gene therapy for Duchenne muscular dystrophy as well as gene therapy use in both ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients.
