This chapter reports the observations and findings emerging from a primary study conducted at Indore, located in the Central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, between 2024 and 2025. Connecting with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum discussed in the previous chapter of this book, schools affiliated with the CBSE board, in this case, Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), some of which are also known as PM Shri Schools, located in Indore, were identified as the site for the study whose findings are reported in this chapter. The findings are further presented as three different case studies that focus on the food education experiences of the learners, the instructors, and the other stakeholders in the field of school education.
