This paper studies the influence of hydraulic pressure and wall tilt angle on forming height by the hydraulic support single point incremental forming (HS-SPIF) process, with complex product profiles from Al1050 sheet material. First, the experiments were conducted at a wall angle of 80° with pressures of 0 bar, 0.1 bar, and 0.2 bar. The results showed that the forming height of the sample increased when using a pressure of 0.1 bar. When no hydraulic pressure was used and the pressure was 0.2 bar, the sample height tended to decrease. Next, the experiments were conducted with the wall angle decreasing in the order of (90°, 85°, 80°, 75°, 70°, and 65°) respectively, the failure height of the samples tended to increase significantly, with the largest level being 151.64%. When the wall angle was 65°, the sample did not show cracks and reached the maximum height, the height at this time increased by 445.45% compared to the wall angle of 90°.
