Women with disabilities (WWDs) face numerous barriers in accessing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services, leading to increased risks of adverse reproductive outcomes and compromised well-being. This systematic review aims to synthesise existing literature on the challenges and facilitators of access to SRHR services for women with disabilities in Africa. A comprehensive search of electronic databases (PubMed, MEDLINE, Google) was conducted to identify relevant studies published between 2015 and 2024. The PRISMA guidelines were followed for study selection and data extraction. Studies were included if they focused on SRHR services for women with disabilities in Africa and provided insights into facilitators of access. The findings reveal that a multitude of barriers confront women with disabilities in accessing SRHR services in Africa. Progressively, several facilitators were also identified; these would, however, reach milestones in augmenting access to SRHR services for WWDs. The review, then, highlights the urgent need for targeted interventions and policy reforms to address the barriers faced by WWDs in accessing SRHR services in Africa. Consequently, the review underscores the importance of prioritising the sexual and reproductive rights of women with disabilities to achieve inclusive and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Africa.

摘要
