Utilization of Electronic Educational-Methodical Complexes for the Development of Student’s Communicative Competence Through the Example of Rhetoric

The informatization of education for communicative and cognitive development of personality involves using information technology in the study of all academic disciplines in higher education, including rhetoric. The newest forms of education, types of educational activities, and educational tools based on information and communication technologies include online learning with elements of interactivity and distance learning. The study analyzes in detail the advantages of using electronic teaching complexes for rhetoric, presented in the virtual learning environment of Lviv Polytechnic National University and created on the Moodle learning platform. The example of EMCC in rhetoric illustrates the universality of e-learning in the present realities since education applicants have permanent access to educational materials. It is stated that teachers during the EMCC conclusion can use various tools for the development of the author's distance courses. It is proved that electronic educational and methodical complexes on rhetoric provide high-quality development of educational and professional competencies in the field of professional and business communication, contribute to the improvement of skills of thinking and speech activity, and increase the culture of behavior of the future specialist in the field of interpersonal and public broadcasting. They form the general communicative competence of the individual and prepare a specialist who can feel free in the system of business relations, providing for the future a qualitative level of communication in a professional team.
