Study on Static Shear Performance of PUHPC-NC Interface

In engineering practice, because the strength of the concrete reinforcing material used in the course of repairing and strengthening the concrete structure is often higher than that of the old concrete base material, the strength of the old concrete base material becomes the short plate of the shear strength of the interface between the two. Therefore, in order to evaluate the mechanical properties of the reinforced concrete structure, this paper adopts PUHPC as the reinforcing material, and carries out the shear test research of PUHPC-NC bonding specimen under static load. The main test parameters are concrete strength. The effect of the strength difference of concrete on the bond strength of the bond specimen was studied systematically. The results show that, when the strength of the old concrete is constant, the shear resistance and damage resistance of the interface between the two are not improved by increasing the strength of the concrete used for repairing and strengthening, the bonding effect between the bonding factor in PUHPC and the exposed NC aggregate is the key to dominate the bonding performance and crack propagation characteristics of the interface between the two, and it is precisely because of the effect of this effect that, the interface bearing capacity of PUHPC-NC bonded specimens shows different changes.
