By adopting reasonable compaction parameters and construction equipment, combined with the comprehensive application of intelligent water addition systems, digital filling monitoring systems, and supplemental mass method testing, the construction team effectively controlled multiple critical indicators during the embankment filling process of Jurong Pumped Storage Power Station’s upper reservoir dam. These indicators included material gradation, construction process parameters, blasting parameters for material excavation, and construction sequences. Ultimately, the main dam settlement was successfully controlled at 419.29 mm, representing only 0.23% of the total dam height.
