Dilated Cardiomyopathy
摘要
Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is characterized by left ventricular (LV) or biventricular dilatation, increased end diastolic volume, and reduced systolic function (typically ejection fraction <45% or a fractional shortening <25%) in the absence of coronary artery disease or conditions with pressure/volume overload e.g. arterial hypertension and valvular heart disease.
