摘要

The rate of development of modern cities gives rise to the study of processes occurring within the urban ecosystem. Monitoring the condition of industrial and civil construction projects is becoming a key factor in ensuring the safety of the population. Possible hidden violations of structures are one of the problems solved by regular monitoring of the technical condition of buildings and the possibility of prompt inspection. The article describes some methods and approaches to checking the condition of buildings, which are selected depending on the studied parameter of the construction site. The application of the seismic method and its advantages in various urban ecosystems are described. The results of the survey of low-rise apartment buildings after the earthquake that occurred in 2018 in Katav-Ivanovsk are given. The results of the survey of high-rise monolithic-frame buildings in Kurgan after the earthquake in China and in Kemerovo, organized on the initiative of residents, are described, and also, in the youngest and fastest growing district of Yekaterinburg-Akademichesky.
