This paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies on the possibility of using a solar photovoltaic current source (SPСS) to power an electrolysis plant designed to produce hydrogen and oxygen from water. For this purpose, SPСS is used with a maximum power of 700 W, with a solar radiation intensity (SRI) of 1000 W/m2 and an ambient temperature of 20 °C. Various photoenergetic and temperature characteristics taken under field conditions in Baku are given.

摘要

This paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies on the possibility of using a solar photovoltaic current source (SPСS) to power an electrolysis plant designed to produce hydrogen and oxygen from water. For this purpose, SPСS is used with a maximum power of 700 W, with a solar radiation intensity (SRI) of 1000 W/m2 and an ambient temperature of 20 °C. Various photoenergetic and temperature characteristics taken under field conditions in Baku are given.
