The development of computing technologies is a system-forming factor in the capitalization of knowledge-intensive transnational corporations. The assessment of the importance of teams is predominantly subjective, reflecting primarily the beliefs of top management. It is necessary to simultaneously take into account the qualification, socio-behavioral and creative factors of each scientific employee of the technical industry for sustainable development. A multilevel information and logical structure of research project management has been developed, taking into account: external factors, psychophysiological state, strategic goals and performance indicators. The decision-making support system for risk management based on the models of system dynamics that allow to implement process, scenario and system approaches to the analysis of complex socio-economic systems has been developed.
