The article presents the results of a study on assessing the effectiveness of artificial intelligence technologies in optimizing labor protection processes and minimizing anthropogenic errors. The main attention is paid to the automation of the formation of lists of works subject to periodic medical examinations, based on the analysis of occupational risks, staffing and data from a special assessment of working conditions. As part of the experimental study, the ChatGPT system was used, which demonstrated the ability to generate lists that fully comply with the requirements of regulatory legal acts. The results confirmed that the integration of artificial intelligence can significantly improve the accuracy of data processing, reduce time and labor resources, and eliminate human errors. In parallel, key restrictions on the introduction of artificial intelligence were identified, including the dependence of the results on the quality of the initial data, the risks of privacy of personal information and the psychological resistance of personnel to technological innovations. The practical significance of the work lies in the justification of the feasibility of introducing AI solutions into labor protection systems to ensure compliance with legislative standards and increase the level of safety in production. Research emphasizes the relevance of digitalization of this area, which contributes not only to the automation of routine tasks, but also to a systematic improvement in the quality of control over compliance with labor protection standards.

摘要
