Analysis of the Labor Safety Factor in the Context of Enhanced Digital Production Levels

The article examines the impact of digitalization on occupational safety in the manufacturing sector. The purpose of the study is to analyze modern technologies and their impact on safety, as well as to identify potential risks associated with the implementation of digital solutions. The work is based on an empirical study, including both an analysis of accident statistics at several manufacturing enterprises and a survey of workers on their perception of new technologies. The results of the study show that digitalization leads to a significant reduction in the injury rate due to the automation of routine and dangerous operations. At the same time, about 30% of workers express concerns about possible technologies and lack of training to work with new systems. The key factors affecting occupational safety are identified: the level of employee training, the organization of a safety culture, and the management of the psycho-emotional state of workers. The article offers recommendations for enterprises aimed at improving the safety management system, including the need for regular training and involvement of workers in digitalization processes. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the integration of modern approaches to safety management and digital technologies in the production environment. The results can serve as a basis for further research in the field of secure operation of digital production facilities.
