Tables on types of human emotions are outlined, including primary and secondary emotions, as well as emotions activating defense systems. The body systems—e. g. autonomic nervous system, neurotransmitter and peptide systems, endocrine and vascular systems, musculoskeletal—system are described. And the feed backs involved in the activation of varying emotional are described. The result of these evolved systems that allowed the neo-cortex to grow, and eventually allow for the evolution of emotionally charged speech and culture that allow humans to create ever larger and more complex societies.
