The Lindley q-Distribution: Development, Properties, and Statistical Applications

In this study, we introduce and investigate the Lindley q-distribution. Key properties, including q-moments, q-variance, and the q-cumulative distribution function, are derived and analyzed. Simulation studies are conducted to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the proposed q-distribution.
