In this chapter, we present the complications of iris-fixated phakic IOls. The complications are divided in complications during surgery, immediately after surgery and medium and long term complications. A special emphasis in avoiding the complications is also present, as well as all the measures necessary to solve them. Almost all the complications are described and joined with pictures in order to enhance the didatic role of the chapter.

In this chapter, we present the complications of iris-fixated phakic IOls.
