The Role of Technology in Enhancing Administrative Liability: An Analytical Study in Light of Digital Transformations

A foundational element in achieving transparency and accountability within governmental institutions is administrative liability, and its significance is growing due to the ongoing global digital transformations. This study examined how technology can enhance administrative liability, elucidating key concepts associated with it and its legal attributes, while concentrating on the contemporary advancements introduced by digitization in this domain. The findings revealed that technology plays a crucial role in refining administrative processes by offering more effective tools for monitoring and accountability, thus allowing administrations to base decisions on accurate and transparent data. Additionally, the study identified challenges faced by institutions in the adoption of these technologies, including the necessity for robust digital infrastructure and the enhancement of employee skills to align with technological progress. Concluding with a series of recommendations, the study underscored the need to develop legal and regulatory frameworks that accommodate the demands of the digital era, alongside the implementation of technological solutions that bolster administrative liability toward individuals and society. Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of cultivating human capacities and promoting a culture of technology utilization to ensure the successful achievement of objectives linked to digital transformations within the administrative sector.
