An Analysis of the Women’s Rights in Remote Digital Work

This chapter seeks to examine the legal dimensions surrounding women's rights within remote work settings, concentrating on the labor regulations of by incorporating comparative viewpoints. The research delves into the specific rights and entitlements afforded to female employees in remote work environments, particularly focusing on legal safeguards, equality in the workplace, and the balance between professional and personal life. By conducting a thorough examination alongside a comparison to other pertinent legislations, the study assesses the sufficiency of legal protections available to women in the remote work industry. Utilizing descriptive, analytical, and comparative methodologies, this research evaluates both the merits and shortcomings of such laws. A significant finding reveals the ongoing wage disparity between male and female remote employees, prompting the study to advocate for legislative actions aimed at bridging this gap and promoting gender equality in remuneration and working conditions within remote employment.
