This study investigates the effects of void contracts within the framework of civil law, structured into two primary sections. The first section offers a definition of a void contract, elucidating its classification in relation to valid and invalid transactions, thereby confirming its categorization as an invalid transaction. Furthermore, various jurisprudential viewpoints and legislative interpretations are presented to deepen the understanding of a void contract. The characteristics of a void contract as defined by civil law are also outlined. A comparative analysis is employed to differentiate void contracts from other pertinent concepts, segmented into three parts: the first part focuses on void contracts, the second examines nullity and its different forms, and the third distinguishes between voidness, nullity, and rescission. The second section examines the repercussions arising from void contracts, concentrating on two key dimensions: the implications prior to possession and those following possession. The analysis emphasizes that void contracts generate considerable effects subsequent to possession.

摘要
