The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Innovation Among Health-Related Employees

The objective of the study is to determine how transformational leadership affects innovation and to evaluate the levels of both transformational leadership and innovation within a hospital setting. The research involved a sample of 1,000 employees, with questionnaires distributed using a random sampling technique. Out of 400 electronic questionnaires sent out, 301 valid responses were received for analysis, resulting in a response rate of 75%. A descriptive analytical method was utilized by the researchers. The results indicated a statistically significant influence of transformational leadership dimensions on enhancing innovation levels within the hospital. Recommendations from the study included the creation of tailored professional development plans that cater to the specific needs of each employee. Additionally, it highlighted the necessity of acknowledging individual differences among employees by more accurately assigning tasks according to their respective abilities and capabilities.
