This research investigates the penalties enacted against employers who neglect their responsibilities concerning wage entitlements as stipulated by law, with a particular emphasis on remote working conditions. The findings underscore the necessity of guaranteeing appropriate compensation and leave for remote employees, as well as the repercussions for employers who violate these responsibilities. Employing a positivist and analytical approach, the study concludes that rigorous penalties are imperative to discourage non-compliance in remote working environments. Furthermore, it advocates for amendments to labor law to implement stricter sanctions against employers who exploit their power over remote workers, thereby ensuring equitable treatment and protection for all employees.
