The importance of creating a competitive environment in providing financial services through the digitalization of services offered by commercial banks has been studied. Also, in the review of literature, foreign and domestic scientists are organized to reduce competition and operational costs in digitization and banking services. At the same time, the central bank's report published by the end of 2023 analyzed the measures taken on digitalization and digital banking services. The article provides practical recommendations for offering banking services based on the analysis results.

摘要

The importance of creating a competitive environment in providing financial services through the digitalization of services offered by commercial banks has been studied.
