The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the integrated marketing communication (IMC) elements of direct marketing, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and advertising. Regarding consumer-purchasing patterns at Zain Telecommunication Services. A simple random sample of 409 Zain customers in Amman participated in the study. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach, which was suitable for the study’s nature. To ensure an acceptable response rate, the researcher distributed the study questionnaire to 440 individuals, ultimately retrieving 409 valid responses for statistical analysis. The study population consisted of Zain Telecommunication Services customers in Amman, Jordan. The findings demonstrated a notable influence of each IMC component (advertising, personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, and direct marketing) on customer purchasing behavior. Public relations had the least impact, whereas direct marketing had the greatest. The report highlights that the business must concentrate on improving public relations in addition to all other integrated marketing communication components.
