Online oral English teaching needs to combine intelligent algorithms for data processing to promote the intelligent effect of the oral English teaching system. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of the oral English teaching system by combining web technology. Moreover, this paper proposes a new scheme for server status and request information, which can reduce the response time. In addition, this paper constructs an oral English teaching system based on the improved algorithm, and verifies the effect of the model proposed through simulation experiments and comparative experiments. Through experimental analysis, the oral English teaching system based on web technology has a faster data processing effect and can play an important role in oral English teaching.
