Obtaining the user demands of online open courses is the primary task of successfully constructing the quality evaluation index system of online open courses. To tap the real demands of users, Indicators of user demands and the weight of each indicator of online open courses are all determined based on teacher-users and student-users. This paper focuses on using the KJ method and data analysis to obtain the user demands of online open courses.
